Dumb-bell Chest Press

1. Set the bench to flat.

2. Lie on the bench with your back flat on the bench.

3. Hold a dumb-bell in each hand with your arms fully extended and your palms facing your feet.

4. Slowly lower the dumb-bells until they are level with your chest.

5. Exhale as your return the dumb-bells to their starting position.
