Alternative Dumb-bell Fly

1. Set a bench to be at a decline.

2. Lie on the bench with a dumb-bell in each hand and your palms facing upwards.

3. Keeping your arms as straight as possible, slowly bring them up until the inside face of the dumb-bells touch each other.

4. Ensure when bringing the dumb-bells up, you twist your wrists so that your palms finish facing your head.
